Over the weekend we did receive several hours of sleet prior to a changeover to snow and ended up with 6″. From the few reports i received, there was adequate snow in the Canyon areas, and conditions overall were rated as good. Some stones were exposed in lower areas. The rain prior had caused puddles/ponding in areas, but has since frozen up. Be mindful of this if you are riding.
Light snow is again in the area today and 2-4″ is possible. This should help for midweek riding, but as a warmup is slated for the weekend, so be prepared for varying conditions.
If you ride, be safe, and enjoy.
